Meet the Instructors

Beth Williams

Alignment Yoga & Warrior Fit

E-RYT 500 and Svadharma School of Yoga Primary Director Beth Williams has been practicing yoga since the age of 7, when her mother taught her how to meditate and practice asanas. As a teenager she battled depression and frequent panic attacks. Instead of taking antidepressants and anti anxiety medication, she began practicing yoga and meditation again.

Beth practiced yoga regularly to help her connect to Spirit and to reduce chronic pain. It became clear to her that teaching others the benefit of this time honored practice was the next step in her journey. In 2002, Beth received her first 200 hour Teacher Training Certificate through the Sivananda Ashram in Grass Valley, California. Beth then fell in love with Anusara Yoga, and after 3 years of study, received her second 200 Teacher Training Certificate in the Anusara practice. She continued her training by taking a 500 hour advanced teacher training with Scott Anderson’s Alignment Yoga from 2016-17.

Beth’s love and passion for life is evident in her teaching. She combines her knowledge of Yoga philosophy, alignment principles and multiple styles of yoga to create a beautiful and enlivening yoga experience. She specializes in yoga with therapeutic elements and yoga for those with scoliosis, combining yoga and functional weight training. She also specializes in working with those that have hypermobility, teaching them how to find mid range in their yoga practice and strengthening with closed chain exercises and weights.

Beth has also broadened her scope of practice with these credentials and studies: Reiki Master, Certified Personal Trainer, Chiropractic Assistant, Yoga for Scoliosis Teacher Training, Functional Movement Screening Level 1 and 2, Somatic Movement Center Level 1 Exercise Instructor, Active Isolated Stretch and Strength Advanced Level 1 and 2, and Level 1 TRX

Melissa Caye

Hot Power Yoga

My yoga journey began decades ago in a studio in NYC, and my passion remains as strong today as it was then. Through my experiences as both a student and teacher, I believe yoga is a lifelong journey and quite possibly a fountain of youth accessible to everyone. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and have trained with numerous incredible teachers throughout western Pennsylvania, as well as at the Kripalu Center in Massachusetts and the Omega Institute in New York, among others. I am dedicated to continuous growth in all areas of teaching and personal practice.

I offer a holistic approach to wellness.

Each of my sessions includes lavender-scented eye towels, cranial massage, Reiki, and sound therapy using tuning forks and crystals, enhancing the overall experience.

It is an honor for me to share the benefits of yoga through my classes, which encompass Vinyasa Flow, Hot Power, Yin, Restorative Yoga, as well as Reiki Energy Healing and BioField Tuning.

Private yoga and energy healing sessions are available upon request.

Certifications: CYT, CPR, AED

Testimonials

-Hey Melissa! I just wanted to tell you that I've been practicing yoga for a long time. I've taken many classes in various studios. I understand that it's never a competition (life isn't), and I gain something valuable from every instructor. However, you are one of the best, if not the best instructor I've ever experienced. You have an amazing gift. You are challenging, calming, and accepting all at the same time. I really appreciate you!

Thank you! -Kelly Beck

- I’ve practiced yoga for over two decades on and off across three countries, and Melissa’s class is hands-down the most transformative experience I’ve ever had. Her unique approach blends multiple yoga modalities into one powerful, grounding, and fun session that’s both a great workout and a deep healing journey.

What truly sets Melissa apart is the way she infuses her classes with love, presence, and intuitive healing. From sound healing to cranial massage and even the use of a tuning fork, every element is intentional and deeply restorative. The tuning fork, in particular, always centers me right back into my vibration—it’s unlike anything I’ve experienced in a typical yoga class.

Melissa doesn’t just guide movement—she holds space for transformation. Her classes are not just yoga—they are an immersive experience of several healing therapies in just one hour. I leave every time feeling realigned, lighter, and more connected to myself.
