Class Descriptions: (All classes modifiable for all levels)
Alignment Yoga: engage and lengthen your muscles in yoga postures to find optimal alignment of your bones and joints
Awareness Through Movement: slow, gentle movements and guided attention to improve balance and coordination
Chair Yoga: focus on deep, full breaths as you gently move your body while seated in a chair.
Community Yoga: a taste of different teaching styles and approaches to asana and philosophy
Gentle Yoga: a less strenuous form of yoga with skilled instruction that offers the client modifications of the postures
Hatha Yoga: poses are held longer to give the practitioner the opportunity to align the body and get a deeper opening
Heated Vin Yin Yoga: blends a dynamic Vinyasa (Vin) flow to build heat and strength with slow, passive Yin Yoga stretches.
Hot Power Yoga: heated to allow your muscles to warm up quickly, this class takes you through Vinyasa flow and moves at a brisk pace at the beginning and slows down at the end
Sound Renewal: an immersive soundscape that will relieve stress and allow you to fully relax and quiet an overactive mind
Tai Chi: begin with a series of warm-up exercises including some qi gong practice usually followed by three sets of twenty-four movements or forms
Vinyasa & Savasana Yoga: rejuvenating yoga class that combines 30 minutes of vinyasa flow with 30 minutes of blissful Savasana
Warrior Fit: designed to target and strengthen underused muscle groups, using resistance bands, pilates balls, and light weights
Yin Yoga: incorporates a series of long- held, passive floor poses
